Jen told me that the "Mano Po" production crew will visit the kindergarden grounds of their school this weekend. They'll be filming parts of the Tsinoy movie in the campus, with some of the high school Chinese cultural dancers acting as extras in the set.
This will be the fifth "Mano Po" movie, that is if your counting "Ako Legal Wife" as part of the whole franchise. Personally I'm getting sick of having a Mano Po movie every year but appearently the producers are still trying to milk their Tsinoy Movie franchise. Its seems they are still making good money out of it, even though they are not giving a fair and accurate portrayal of the Filipino Chinese.
I just pray that the whole franchise would die out soon. Creating such horrible sequels only proves that the movie industry really lacks creativity, forcing them to recycle concepts and ideas over and over again.
