Jen and I have been attending parties and reunions over the weekend, and there are more events coming up in the next few weeks!
We started the holiday celebration last Friday on my company's office party. It was great to see people dress up as their favorite movie character. I got the chance to wear to costumes -- one paired with Jen and the other one to match with the team. Even though I didn't win any thing, but the company and the entertainment was well worth it.

The following day, Jen and I (plus Aaron and Yaya) went downtown to visit Jen's parents. We spent the whole day in Manila (me doing errands, while Jen/Aaron spent quality time with Gua-ma and Gua-kong). It was also Sheila and Dennis's Catholic engagement, so we spent the evening celebrating the Eucharist with the couple and their family. The event ended with a hearty agape of barbecue, macaroni, chicken, sapin-sapin, chips, soda, and booze.
We had to prepare again for another party the next day. It was the first birthday party of Davin (the son of Jen's church choir friends). The four of us (me, Jen, Aaron and yaya) rode downtown (again) to Emerald garden for a traditional Chinese lunch. Everyone was delighted to see Aaron trying out all the food in the table. He has a healthy appetite and loves to eat more when there are people watching (and applauding) him.
After all these events, we manage to go back home and get some rest. Aaron was obviously tired from all the festivities, he fell asleep around 830 pm. We followed him to bed shortly after nine.
